📦 Shipping Policy – DZKABA

At DZKABA, we aim to provide a reliable, clear, and organized delivery service based on our current operational capacity.

Please review our shipping terms carefully.


1. 🚚 Delivery Areas

DZKABA currently delivers only within the following areas:

  • Algiers

  • Blida

Delivery outside these areas is not available at this stage.


⏱️ Delivery Time & Organization (correction)

Deliveries are organized through scheduled delivery runs (navettes):

  • 🕙 10:00

  • 🕑 14:00 (if order volume allows)

  • 🕘 21:00 (if order volume allows)

The exact delivery time slot is confirmed by phone after order validation.


3. 🚛 Delivery Method & Pickup

Orders are delivered either:

  • directly by DZKABA, or

  • through partner delivery agents.

📍 Pickup is available by appointment, confirmed after order validation.


4. 💰 Payment Method

Currently, DZKABA accepts:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) only

Payment is made upon receipt of the order.

Delivery fees and delivery time slots are confirmed by phone during order confirmation.


5. ❄️ Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some products require special handling due to temperature sensitivity.

Perishable products such as:

  • ice cream

  • cheeses

  • chocolates

  • other temperature-sensitive items

are delivered only within Algiers and Blida, under suitable conditions.

Delivery availability for these products may vary depending on:

  • weather conditions

  • delivery schedule

  • product availability

DZKABA is not responsible for product damage caused by:

  • extreme weather conditions

  • customer unavailability at delivery time

  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer


6. 📬 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged, incomplete, expired, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photo or video evidence when requested

Approved exchanges or refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.


7. 🚫 Order Refusal & Delivery Issues

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or failure to be available at the confirmed delivery time may result in:

  • order limitations

  • temporary service restriction
