📜 Terms of Service – DZKABA

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through DZKABA’s website or online shop, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
These terms are intended to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth shopping experience for all users.

1. ✅ Eligibility

To use our online shop, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental or legal guardian consent

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.)

  • Use our website and services in compliance with Algerian laws and regulations

DZKABA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.

2. 📦 Product Availability, Stock & Expiration

All products are subject to availability.

Some products are stocked directly by DZKABA, while others may be supplied by partner vendors.
As a result, delivery times may vary depending on product availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified by phone.

Perishable products (including ice cream, cheeses, chocolates, and similar items) are sold with clearly indicated expiration dates on their original packaging.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Check product condition and expiration dates upon delivery

  • Store products according to the instructions provided

DZKABA is not responsible for issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.

3. 💳 Payment Terms

Currently, DZKABA accepts the following payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) only

Payment is made upon receipt of the order.

DZKABA reserves the right to refuse or limit COD orders in cases of repeated order refusal, fake orders, or abusive behavior.

4. 🚚 Delivery & Pickup

DZKABA currently delivers only within Alger and Blida.

Orders are delivered either:

  • directly by DZKABA, or

  • through partner delivery agents

Delivery fees and delivery time slots are confirmed by phone after order validation.

Pickup is available by appointment, confirmed after order validation.

5. 🚫 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our platform to:

  • Commit fraud or submit false, misleading, or abusive information

  • Place fake or repeated abusive orders (especially COD)

  • Interfere with the website’s security or functionality

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute DZKABA content without prior authorization

Violation of these rules may result in order cancellation or service restriction.

6. 🔄 Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer service.

If you receive an item that is damaged, missing, expired, or incorrect, you must notify DZKABA within 48 hours of delivery.

Photo or video evidence may be required to process claims.

Approved exchanges or refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Exchanges are prioritized whenever possible.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order limitations or service restrictions.

7. 🔐 Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is collected and used strictly for order processing, delivery, and customer support.

DZKABA does not sell or rent personal data.

Limited information may be shared with delivery partners solely to complete deliveries.

8. ⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Algeria.

Any disputes arising from the use of DZKABA services fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Algerian courts.
